I began my career with State Farm in 2007 as an Agent Team Member, and it was during this time that I discovered my passion for helping others and my love for the State Farm community. I realized I wanted to become an agent, so I dedicated myself to gaining extensive experience across various areas of the company. My journey took me through roles in the Contact Center, the Customer Interaction Review Team in Quality, Underwriting, and eventually into leadership within the Contact Center. This diverse experience has provided me with a well-rounded understanding of State Farm and has prepared me for success as an agent.
My greatest aspiration in life is to be a beacon of hope for others. Having been born and raised in Jamaica, I moved to Stone Mountain, GA at the age of 16 to further my education. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing and am happily married to my husband Chris, who has a wealth of experience in State Farm claims.
