I started my State Farm career in 2007 working for a State Farm Agent as an Agent Team Member, it was during that time that I developed my passion for helping others and love for everything State Farm. I knew then that I would be an Agent and started growing in my State Farm career so that I could be very experienced in all areas of the company. I went on to work in the Contact Center, to being in Quality on the Customer Interaction Review Team, to being a Underwriter and then to Leadership in the Contact Center. This experience has helped me to become very well versed in State Farm and has positioned me for success as an Agent.

My greatest desire in life is to be a beacon of hope to others, to serve others with a servants attitude, to encourage, motivate and help others with different life events and experiences. New baby, marriage, divorce, house fire, death, illness, job loss, career change, college-bound, you name it, we at the Cheryl Barnett State Farm Agency will be there to help you through these times and ensure you are positioned financially and all your insurance needs are met. Being born and raised in Jamaica, I moved to Stone Mountain, Ga to further my education at the age of 16. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing and am happily married to my husband Chris who has an extensive background in State Farm Claims. I have three daughters Mariyah, Nylah and Madison and a step-son through Marriage, Jordan.
